To make one serving (one cup), you need:

  • 1 1/2 c. cold, fresh water

  • Pinch of clove (it can be overpowering, so start small)

  • 1/4 apple sliced

  • 2 tsp sugar (adjust for preference)

  • 1 heaping teaspoon of “Acrostic” (Poetic Tea’s cinnamon-spiced orange Ceylon)

Here’s the scoop:

  • Place apple, clove, and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and continue “cooking” for another three minutes.

  • Remove from heat and pour over your tea and sugar and let stand for five minutes.

  • Strain and enjoy warm. Cheers.
