The goal of the Monostich Tea Box is to create a collection of complete one-line affirmations (while sipping tea). The idea is to begin ritualizing and interweaving tea time and mindfulness. This thoughtful gift box is ideal for someone who has a distinct tea-type preference, as the tea tin hold approximately 45 loose tea scoops of one tea or tisane.
This gift box has handmade qualities and includes the following items:
One large tin of the premium loose tea or tisane of your choice;
A blank-page kraft journal;
A star-shaped pendant infuser with the word “Believe” on it;
A wooden teaspoon;
An optional gift note with a short, personalized message.
The process of preparing and brewing tea is a perfect time to focus one’s thoughts on the moment, become conscious of one’s breath, and to prepare a space to sit down for a cup of tea and practice some affirmation journaling. Over time, and as the tea diminishes within the tin, the blank journal will become full of one-line affirmations that will have helped the recipient adapt to a more focused and positive mindset.
